Alepo's Self Activation portal simplifies and automates the subscriber activation and registration process. Customers simply plug in a new device and are given provisional access to the network. They are then redirected to a captive portal to complete the registration process, pair the device to an existing mobile account (if applicable) and purchase package and services. Once completed, the subscriber may begin consuming services immediately, without tedious configurations or calls to a support desk.
The flexibility of the Self Activation module allows for numerous activation flows that can be tailored to meet the business needs of each operator. When paired with Alepo's OMA DM Server, the Self Activation process includes Over-the-Air (OTA) device activation and configuration, ensuring a transparent, automated process. For the ideal customer experience, the Self Activation module should be deployed with either Alepo's Hotlining Manager or a Policy Manager such as Alepo's PCRF.
