Customer Care consists of four subsystems in the Alepo system:
- Agent CSM: Customer Service Representatives can perform essential customer care functions including managing personal details, troubleshooting technical issues, or performing financial operations.
- Web-based self-care: includes account registration, posting payments, altering personal details, and submitting trouble tickets.
- Automated CSM: automated messages are sent to customers who fit certain criteria. For example, emails may be sent to customers every week whose balances exceed $200.
- CSM API: Enables integration with external Customer Care and CRM system.
