Alepo can either provide a complete B/OSS solution, utilizing Alepo’s market-leading network elements and interface, or integrate with existing third party network elements to unite all services under a single pre-existing agent and customer interface.
Alepo can provide any or all of the following proprietary network elements to achieve fixed mobile convergence: IN to IP Charging Gateway, Provisioning Gateway, HLR Emulator, AAA Server, and Convergent BSS/OSS.
- Extends use of existing infrastructure to new services- Extending the functionality of the existing mobile infrastructure to fixed services creates a faster time to market, allows for seamless integration of new services with no break in service, and eliminates the need to train CSRs on new systems.
- Unified Identity Management - Alepo’s FMC solution can manage customer identities for all services offered. User identities for data, voice, and mobile phone are all stored on the Alepo system, and linked when multiple services are from a single customer or account.

- Real-time session management -Alepo’s AAA Server can manage sessions in real-time; including ending prepaid sessions exactly when they expire (across multiple services) and downgrading overactive users.
- Automated Activation of all CPEs -Alepo’s activation module allows providers to create a smooth and easy automated activation experience to all users. Customers must simply activate or plug-in a device, and be automatically directly to a web or SMS portal to activate and begin services. Additionally, new CPEs can be automatically linked if, for example, an existing data customer adds mobile phone. When the mobile phone service is activated, it is also automatically linked to the data service in the customer’s account.
- Automated Customer Service -Alepo’s Customer Care module allows for customers to be notified when reaching certain completely customizable criteria. For example, customers may be notified when their credit card has expired, or when they have used all of their minutes or bandwidth, helping to avoid bill shock and free customer service resources.
