International features include custom currency support (with dynamic representation of your currency in all the web pages comprising the application), tiered access with different languages supported simultaneously, and easy language customization - all you need to do to support new languages is modify simple HTML.

Q: What web servers can I use with RBS ISP?

A: Alepo RBS ISP Billing and RADIUS comes with its own proprietary web server to make it workable out of the box, it also includes three extensions: ISAPI (for IIS and compatible), NSAPI (for Netscape and compatible) and CGI (Apache, and most others). These extensions enable fully functional Admin, Web Self-Care and Web Registration Interfaces through your existing web server.

Q: What do I need to run RBS ISP?

A: You need Windows NT/2000, Linux or Solaris and a RADIUS compliant Network Access Server (NAS). Oracle or MS-SQL is highly recommended.

A: RBS ISP Billing comes ready for real-time and batch credit card charging through any authorize.net payment gateway merchant. Other clearing houses can be added using our Payment daemon API.

Q: Does RBS ISP CRM offer automated customer interaction capabilities?

A: Yes. Email Rules allow you to define stored rules so when a certain criteria are met an email is sent to all users meeting these criteria. For example, you can email all users who owe you more than $100 for more than two weeks or all users whose credit cards will expire next month, and so on.

Q: Can RBS ISP create accounts on Mail servers or a user home page on a Web server?

A: Yes. RBS ISP has event scripting capabilities. Shell scripts can be triggered when a user is added, removed, changes password, changes status, and more. RBS ISP can also display success/failure messages for any custom scripts, and will rollback to the previous state if the event has failed. Any mail server or 3rd party application that can receive instructions via a command line is thus supported.
