Alepo currently seeks a talented and motivated person to fill the role of a creative communications specialist position in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate has a unique combination of strengths that span multiple disciplines:
- An “eye” for design and detail, ability to craft professional-looking presentations and documents from technical information
- Strong analytical skills, ability to digest and communicate complex, abstract systems related to science and technology
- Very strong writing and oral communications skills
In this “left brain meets right brain” position, you’ll work closely with the Vice President of Business Development, sales team members and engineers to create meaningful images as a means to communicate product strengths. These creative works will be utilized for RFP and proposals as well as to create beautiful and effective presentations for clients.
Other tasks could be to write informative and engaging content to assist with other sales & marketing projects as needed. This is a challenging and rewarding position. Recent and soon-to-be university graduates are encouraged to apply, but more experienced candidates welcome.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, accompanied by a high GPA (Submissions without GPA will not be considered).
- Samples of creative work well-organized, well-positioned images with an explanation of the message behind the work
- Exceptional analytical & reasoning skills, made evident in written communications via well-organized, well-positioned arguments and an engaging writing style
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and flexibly to meet stringent deadlines
