Overview

Orange Cameroon needed a BSS/OSS system to support the postpaid services offered to its customers. The solution had to be flexible as the situation required integration with a legacy CRM and various IT systems. It also had to be scalable enough to support the addition of Orange's WiMAX service offering, which needed to be rolled out without affecting existing business.
