Payment in the Alepo Payment Management system can be initiated from multiple sources such as:
- Customer Service Agent (for example at POS)
- Customer (for example at activation portal, web self care, or payment kiosk)
- Billing system (for example postpaid invoices automatically charged to customer’s credit card)
Payment may be entered manually or the system may be integrated with a clearing house such as a payment gateway or bank. Alepo’s Payment Management system supports over 50 payment gateways and banks out of the box, and can support additional ones using the Payment SDK.
The Alepo payment management function is also integrated with the self-care, activation, and revenue assurance modules to ensure zero leakage and to enforce dunning policies.
