When a customer doesn’t have an existing Session Border Control function, Alepo can offer a Session Border Controller solution based on a Cisco border element. It performs NAT traversal (for customers using broadband routers), topology hiding, protocol conversion, transcoding, and B2BUA functions. It includes a call control agent that is automatically integrated with Alepo’s billing platform, allowing for ease of integration across the network, and prepaid enforcement for multiple services.
