The ISO 9001:2015 certification aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the QMS system, including processes for system improvement and the assurance of conformity to customer requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Alepo conformed with the quality management standards and demonstrated its ability to consistently provide services that meet the customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Intertek, one of the oldest and most experienced certification bodies carried out the audit at Alepo. Following a systematic approach, the auditors examined the processes followed by the different departments in Alepo. The intensive audits that started earlier this year yielded excellent reports with no non-conformity in any area.

Alepo is now preparing for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 20001 certification. ISO/IEC 27001 a well-known standard providing requirement for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). ISO 27001 formally specifies a management system that is intended to bring information security under explicit management control. ISO 20001 is a global standard providing requirements for an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system. The standard was developed to mirror the best practices described within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
